Definition of a Sale
A sale for AEPA reporting and annual assessment purposes will be recorded as a sale when the administrative fee has been paid by the vendor and received by the member. The calendar year sales reported will include any administrative fees that are paid by the vendor and received by the member within 45 days after the end of the fourth quarter or end of the calendar year.
YOU ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER EVERY QUESTION. Even if you do not have a contract or have zero sales, you must select the reason and enter “0” for all sales and admin fees received for accuracy and data summary purposes.
