Biography

E-Rate Consulting Services from EMY Consulting LLC – Serving Schools and Libraries for the AEPA and Its Member Agencies.

EMY Consulting LLC specializes in E-Rate consulting and auditing services for schools and libraries. EMY helps clients navigate the E-Rate Program  from the lens of an auditor —going beyond basic compliance to delivering strategic support tailored to each organization’s unique needs. As an approved E-Rate Vendor Partner through the AEPA, EMY offers services throughout the United States through the AEPA Member Agencies. Our team combines a high level of expertise in strategic planning, financial management, risk management, and process improvement to make E-Rate work better for schools and libraries in the AEPA Member states. We do not just complete forms—we are an AEPA E-Rate Partner, working closely with the schools and libraries to simplify the process and maximize their  funding opportunities. Through our collaboration with Educational Professional Services (EPS) we bring together decades of E-Rate proficiency. EMY’s CEO, Elena Yearly, has over 10 years of experience with the E-Rate program serving as an E-Rate auditor for USAC. EPS is led by Dr. Teri Lawrence, a State E-Rate Coordinator who brings 28 years of hands on experience. We look forward to helping schools and libraries get the most from the E-Rate Program with us as a partner who is with them every step of the way.
