AEPA is a national cooperative of education purchasing professionals representing lead agencies in their respective states.

Currently, AEPA consists of 31 member states who competitively bid contracts that are tailored to meet each state’s specific legal requirements. Awarded contracts are available statewide and facilitated by one cooperative member agency acting as the contract administrator. They will help you with any questions regarding the contract and provide any support documentation you need in order to purchase off the contract.

Neuralign is an evidence‑based literacy intervention for K–12 students with reading difficulties, including dyslexia and other language‑based challenges. It uses engaging, game‑based activities designed to strengthen the cognitive processes that support decoding, fluency, and comprehension. Neuralign’s reported program outcomes show that 99% of students improve their reading by two or more grade levels after 40 hours of the program. The program is structured for use in school settings and can complement existing literacy instruction while providing clear progress tracking.
