While this is not the official agenda with topics and action items, the outline below reflects the planned schedule for AEPA’s Spring Meeting. Please use this information to guide your arrival and departure plans.
Monday, April 27
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM General Meeting + Roundtables
Tuesday, April 28
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM General Meeting + Keynote + Sessions
- 5:00 PM Reception
- 6:00 PM Dinner + MVP Awards
Wednesday, April 29
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Roundtable Discussions + Lightning Talks
Meals.
Each paid registration for Members/Vendors includes meeting attendance, scheduled meeting meals, and the Tuesday evening reception + dinner.
Spouses/Guests.
If you wish to register a spouse/guest for the Tuesday evening reception + dinner, the cost is $150. Group meeting meals are not included.
(Please note, the guest registration is intended for personal travel companions of the registered Member or Vendor. EVERY Member and Vendor attendee must register and pay the regular meeting registration fees.)
